Remparts Aquathlon<\/h4>\n

On Saturday, May 2, the Royal Military College Saint-Jean (RMC Saint-Jean) is proud to host the Remparts Aquathlon, a sporting event bringing together junior, university, and elite athletes in a dynamic race format combining running and swimming.<\/p>\n

This event aims to contribute to the development of a university aquathlon series involving several institutions, including Universit\u00e9 Laval, Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, and RMC Saint-Jean.<\/p>\n

Athletes from other universities are also welcome.<\/p>\n

Competition Format<\/h4>\n

The aquathlon is held in an individual run \u2013 swim \u2013 run format.<\/p>\n

Approximate distances:
Run: 2.8 km<\/strong>
Swim: 730 m<\/strong> (32 pool lengths)
Run: 2.8 km<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each segment will be timed using an electronic chip.<\/p>\n

The swimming portion will take place in pool lanes, with a maximum of four athletes per lane.<\/p>\n
