The Remparts Flag Football team of the Royal Military College Saint-Jean is intended for Officer Cadets who wish to practice a dynamic and competitive sport in a structured environment while pursuing their academic and military training.

Guided by a coach, athletes develop their technical skills, physical conditioning, and team spirit. Flag football allows participants to engage in a demanding discipline focused on speed, agility, and strategy.

As part of a commitment to development and inclusion, the Remparts flag football program is currently in the process of establishing its first-ever women’s team, with activities scheduled to begin in Fall 2026. The medium-term objective is to integrate the RSEQ program in the coming years in order to offer athletes a recognized and structured competitive environment.

Being part of the Remparts flag football team means:

• training in a structured and supervised environment;
• developing athletic qualities transferable to other sports;
• balancing sport, academics, and military training;
• proudly representing RMC Saint-Jean during competitions and sporting events.

Officer Cadets interested in joining the team are invited to complete the athletic profile form, which will allow us to better understand their background and level of play.
