Are you wondering whether your athletic level could allow you to
be part of the RMC Saint-Jean Remparts teams?

The triathlon season runs from March to May and includes approximately three university-level competitions. Competitions are generally held on Sundays.
Training includes about 10 sessions per week, divided between swimming (4), running (3), and cycling (3), in addition to two strength-training sessions. Athletes registered in triathlon are also required to take part in the cross-country and indoor track seasons to ensure continuity in their athletic development.
