How to Apply to the Royal Military College Saint-Jean

The Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) is offered at the Royal Military College Saint-Jean (RMC Saint-Jean) for candidates who wish to pursue both university studies and military training.

This process allows you to:

• explore the military careers available to Naval Cadets and Officer Cadets of the Canadian Military Colleges (CMC);
